Our ADU planning and construction process

A clear next decision starts with understanding the property, the intended use, and what needs review.

Discuss your ADU project

From the first conversation to completion

  1. First conversation

Share the property, intended use, timing, and project type. Discuss whether you are considering a detached ADU, a garage conversion, or another residential improvement.

  2. Project definition

Identify what is known, what needs review, and which professionals or documents are required. Planning and design coordination respond to the property and homeowner priorities.

  3. Written scope

Final pricing follows a site visit, confirmed plans, and a written proposal. Preliminary planner figures help organize early decisions; they do not replace the project proposal.

  4. Construction coordination

Move through the approved project with responsibilities and decisions made clear. The existing service offering includes construction, final walkthrough, and completion.

What to bring to the discussion

Bring the property location, desired use, timing, and a clear description of the space you want to create. Check the service areas and request the first conversation.
